Personal Work - Collected Zine Works
As an artist and designer, I constantly seek opportunities to merge my creative work with my passions. Zines, abbreviated from 'magazines,' represent a self-published, often limited-circulation, and DIY format—a realm that resonates deeply with my artistic endeavors. Below, I present some of my favorite self published zine projects for your enjoyment.
A zine exploring a narrative through using still images and text, all centered around a scene from 'The Simpsons' episode 'A Star Is Burns.
This zine uses full bleed imagery to showcase the many crushed navel oranges found outside of my family home during one summer. A secondary zine is found in the center, containing a story spoken to me by my uncle about his time in a citrus grove growing up.
Experimental zine using imagery shot in suburban development areas. Media includes paper and vellum to create double images while viewing.
